I coach founders to overcome the challenges they face and reach their goals. In my experience, the general framework for our coaching work addresses these priorities:
We primarily do this through coaching discussions, but when needed and appropriate, I also can write code or help troubleshoot outages.
My goal is to solve your problems by training you, which removes my participation as a necessary dependency. Each time we level you up, we can shift our coaching to discuss new ground. Success is when you are confident and successful in owning your infrastructure without my support.
For all prospective clients, I set aside two hours to provide you with a free coaching session. Bring some problems that we can dive into the details on. In addition to that, we'll discuss your company and discuss possible collaboration structures depending on what you and your company need.

In our discovery session, I’ll gain a sense of who you are, along with your company goals and challenges. Please be prepared with an example of the kinds of infrastructure issues you're encountering today so we can get some real work done.
My typical client is post-launch, has user traction, and has between 5-20 engineers. If you are outside this profile, we can discuss your specific situation to see if I am a good fit for you.
